It looks like the crosswalk with the traffic light in front of Royal Home Center will be removed, and a new intersection will be built between Nishinomiya General Medical Center (tentative name) and Royal Home Center.

Construction started this November and is scheduled to continue until mid-May next year.
The current crosswalk in front of Royal Home Center will apparently be removed.
Cars traveling west on Route 2 from the Osaka and Amagasaki direction toward Kobe will be able to turn right into the new hospital, which is expected to help shorten emergency transport times!
Finally
Work around the area is moving ahead toward the opening of the new hospital next July!
Large-scale construction will continue for a while, so please be careful when passing through the area!
