It’s located north of Nishinomiya-kitaguchi Station and the West Building of ACTA Nishinomiya.
“HOT PEPPER BEAUTY” also had a photo of the exterior.
What’s around the hair salon “Totia”
To the north, next door, is “拉麺 水輝（あくあ）”.
To the south is the familiar “ACTA Nishinomiya”.
Actually, because scaffolding was being set up, the Coca-Cola vending machine had been moved straight forward a little while ago. Did you notice? It startled me for a second.

It looks like it’s going to be a stylish hair salon that fits right in with Nishinomiya-kitaguchi. Making a reservation in advance is recommended.
