It’s in Amagasaki, but it looks like Ramen Zundoya is opening at the shopping mall Amado along National Route 43.

The exact spot where Zundoya will open does not appear to have been announced online yet. By the way, at Amado, the Yamada Denki store that had been on the 2nd floor closed at the end of last year.

Ramen Zundoya is a rich tonkotsu ramen chain that originated in Himeji. Their ramen is known for its hearty soup, made by slowly simmering pork bones and adding plenty of back fat. In Nishinomiya, there is also a location in Oshima-cho along Route 171.
Lastly
Amado already has Marugen Ramen, so once Zundoya opens, there will be two ramen shops there. Depending on where you live in Nishinomiya, Amado may be easier to get to than the Route 171 location for quite a few people. If you haven’t tried it yet and you like rich, hearty ramen, it may be worth stopping by once it opens. It’s scheduled to open in late March 🍜
