The standard rate is 220 yen for 20 minutes, and it looks like a cashless-only parking lot that uses license plate recognition.

There are 6 spaces for hourly parking and 2 spaces reserved for car sharing.
Here it is on the map ↓
The address is around 6 Toda-cho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture. This used to be the multistory parking lot for Pachinko Kicona.
Area around “Times Hanshin Nishinomiya Ekimae No. 4”

Diagonally across the street is Grill Ippei.

If you go this way, you’ll pass Pachinko Hanadensha, ChocoZAP, an AU shop, and more, leading toward Fudabasuji Line.

In the opposite direction, there’s the game meat restaurant “Hunter’s Kitchen Roku,” scheduled to open on May 7, and the Rokutanji River. If you turn left along the river, you’ll reach the City Hall Exit ticket gates of Hanshin Nishinomiya Station.
By the way, there’s another Times parking lot right next to it with space for 2 cars at the same rate, but that one also accepts cash.
