It looks like a dance studio called “KANUN(Kanun)” is opening above the McDonald’s next to Kansai Super Hirota.

The address is 6-10 Murogawacho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture, on the 2nd floor of Raku City. It’s the building that houses McDonald’s, E-BOWL Tomato Nishinomiya, and other businesses.

On the west side is Hirota Sando-suji.
To the east, you’ll find Kansai Super, chocoZAP, Rairaitei, Cocokara Fine, and more.
Dance Studio KANUN is on the 2nd floor after going up the escalator.

It was originally a dance studio on the 2nd floor of the building diagonally across the street, the one with Hokka Hokka Tei, and this new location seems to be an expansion. It looks like classes are available for ages 3 through elementary school, as well as junior high school and older students, with lessons in a variety of genres including HIPHOP, K-POP, JAZZ, breaking, and more.
