The address is 5-5 Tsuto Inari-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture. This is the former location of “シャロンの花イエス・キリスト教会.”
Area Around “CAT BOUTIQUE – by Breeders”
Here’s the exterior of the building. The shop is apparently on the second floor, up the stairs right after you enter.
If you go this way, you’ll find ラーメン荘これが好きだから, W BROTHERS, the Nishinomiya Fire Station, Chinese Kitchen 昇龍, Frente, and more, leading toward JR Nishinomiya Station.
In the opposite direction, there’s Sukiya, 吉鳥, カルノリレンタカー, Hanshin-Kokudo Station, the new hospital under construction, and more, heading toward Amagasaki.
It looks like they’re currently holding a pre-opening. The front area is the pet shop, and the back area is the cat cafe. From 13:00 to 14:00 is apparently nap time.
The cats at the cat cafe🐈⬛ On the shop’s Instagram, they had also posted videos introducing the cats and showing what the inside looks like.

According to the official website, this new shop appears to be a pet shop cafe run by “株式会社 neko and,” a company based in Higashi-Naruo-cho that specializes in cat breeds such as Munchkins and Minuets. If you’d like to spend time with cats or are thinking about welcoming one into your home, this might be worth checking out😊
