It looks like part of the refrigerated equipment at Life in Imazu has broken down, leaving some items in short supply.

We received the information on Wednesday, June 4. Several “apology” notices had been posted on the refrigerated shelves inside the store, saying that some products were sold out or in short supply due to a breakdown in the refrigeration equipment.

Here it is on the map↓
The address is 1-1 Imazu Akebonocho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.
According to the notices, the equipment is expected to be restored by the evening of Friday, June 5.
Tofu and Dairy Section
The shelves were almost completely empty.
Meat and Fresh Fish Section
It seems many products had also been removed from the fresh fish and meat sections.
Salted Fish, Mozuku, and Other Items Moved to Other Sections
Some products appear to have been moved to other sections, with notices posted to guide shoppers.
- Salted salmon / salted dried fish → fresh fish section
- Tarako / mentaiko → fresh fish section
- Mozuku / mekabu → beside the grilled fish section
By the way, sections not affected by the refrigeration equipment issue, such as processed foods, appear to be stocked as usual.
In Closing
If there’s a specific item you’re looking for, it may be best to go after the equipment is restored, from the evening of Friday, June 5 onward. Hopefully it gets fixed soon, but if you’re planning to stop by, please use this as a reference. Notices showing where items have been moved are also posted, so if you’re unsure, asking a staff member should help.
※Kazumi, thank you very much for the information!!
