It looks like Otemae University, which has a campus in Nishinomiya, is going to enter into an industry-academia partnership agreement with Saint Marc.

Saint Marc Café, famous for its signature “Choco Cro,” is at LaLaport Koshien, right?

And “Bakery Restaurant BAQET” on the 2nd floor of LaLaport Koshien, which we wrote about in March for its kids-only bread, is also part of the Saint Marc group.

Then there’s “BAKERY RESTAURANT C,” which opened two years ago on the 4th floor of the main building at Gardens. It got a lot of attention for its all-you-can-eat kids’ bread. This is also a new Saint Marc concept. Shachomi went there before it opened too.

So it’s exciting to hear that Saint Marc and Nishinomiya’s Otemae University are teaming up.

By the way, in 2021, students from Otemae University created a walking map of the Shukugawa area. It was super cute.

Lastly
The first project under the agreement is apparently starting at “BR Saint Marc Kobe Gakuentoshi Store” in Nishi-ku, Kobe, where works by Otemae University students will be displayed. For the second project, it would be great if they could do something at a shop in Nishinomiya.
