People are fishing at the Sea Fishing Park.
People are lined up all along the seaside promenade.
There are also lots of families in the grassy area. Some people seem to have spread out picnic sheets and are waiting for the fireworks.
There really are a ton of people here.
The sunset is beautiful too. This view before the fireworks alone seems worth coming for.
And sure enough, with this many people coming, the parking lot is full.
People are even climbing up to watch.
Looks like quite a few people can’t get into the parking lot either.

Naruo-hama is apparently one of those spots where people in the know can see the fireworks over Maishima. Still, 300 people is impressive. Next time there are fireworks, it might be best to expect the parking lot to be crowded and either go early or take the train and walk if possible. The sunset plus fireworks combo is hard to beat.
