There’s an event where you can try “flag football,” which we introduced on Nishitsu last year.
The Nishinomiya Sports Center Foundation hosts an event called “Friday Sports DAY!!,” where you can try a variety of sports each month. This month’s sport is “flag football.”

On the day of the event, players from the American football team “Nishinomiya Bruins” will be there to provide instruction.

One of the best things about flag football is that everyone can enjoy it, adults and children alike, whether you’re good at sports or not. Why not take this chance to give it a try?

★Date and time: Friday, February 21, 19:00–20:50
★Venue: Nishinomiya Central Gymnasium, gymnasium room
★Eligibility: Elementary school students and older (elementary school students must apply together with a parent or guardian)
★Participation fee
Elementary school students to under 18: 300 yen
18 and older: 500 yen
★What to bring: Participation fee, clothes suitable for exercise, indoor shoes, drink
