The area around Hanshin Koshien Station has recently been renovated and looks great.
We went looking for all kinds of baseball-themed things around Koshien, the sacred home of baseball.

This is the monument at “Alps,” the new Hanshin Tigers team shop that Nishitsu introduced the other day.
A big bat and a small bat. It definitely has a baseball feel to it, doesn’t it?

It was an elevator button inside Hanshin Koshien Station.
Even the small details have a baseball touch.

It was the sign for “Koshien Post Office” on the north side of the station.
At a glance, it doesn’t really look like a post office.
It’s very baseball-themed.
I have a feeling we’ll be seeing more baseball-themed things like this from now on, so we’ll keep looking for them.
