Across the street is Koshikiiwa Public Hall.

If you go this way, you’ll find Kosara Chinese O-CHAI and Dining Cafe asia. Keep going and you’ll reach Iwazono Tunnel; once you pass through the tunnel, you’ll be in Ashiya City.

If you go the other way, you’ll find the Chinese restaurant “Tōōkaku” and Denkina. Turn right at the traffic light and you’ll head toward Hankyu Kurakuenguchi Station. Turn left and you’ll head toward Hinoike Park.
In closing
Looking at the shop’s Instagram, it seems they carried not only clothing but also bags and accessories for everyday use.
Stores run by Champs-Élysées Kurakuen Main Store, including “SALON1979” and “CHANGEMENTS DE SAISOM,” appear to be continuing at Branch Gakuen Toshi, a shopping mall in Tarumi Ward, Kobe City.
