Around 11:50 today, while walking along the Shukugawa River, I spotted a rainbow!!

The photo was taken facing south from around Oide Bridge on the Shukugawa River.
Around here↓↓
I had been walking north, but when I suddenly turned around, there it was: “A rainbow!!”
It really lifts your spirits!

I wondered what the base looked like.
It didn’t have much of an arch, and it looked rather straight.
Though faintly, you could almost say it seemed to be forming an arch toward the upper left of the photo.
When I looked it up, it seems people call this an “upside-down rainbow” or a “circumzenithal arc.”
I’m not sure if this actually is an upside-down rainbow, though…

A “rainbow” appearing at a time like this.
It feels like a sign that all kinds of things are going to go well.
