Near Hanshin Nishinomiya Station, we picked up the takeout “Torameshi Bento” from the Chinese restaurant 中華菜館「翠鳳」!
It’s a handmade bento from 翠鳳, a Chinese restaurant with a nostalgic, old-school atmosphere♪
There were lots of bentos to choose from, but the word “tora” instantly stirred my Miyakko spirit, so I ordered it!

The ketchup rice has a rich, full flavor and goes really well with the egg on top♪
Hearty and juicy karaage!
I held back the urge to shovel it down with rice and took my time savoring it♪
Super crispy fried shrimp.
I ate it together with tartar sauce and salad.
It makes the rice go down so easily!!
The “Torameshi Bento” was so delicious that I finished it off in no time♪

There are so many other bentos too!
It looks like you can also take home “pan-fried gyoza,” “deep-fried gyoza,” and “boiled gyoza” for the very reasonable price of 230 yen.
