We got takeout hamburgers from “CS BURGER,” located under the Hankyu Railway elevated tracks, a place we’ve visited before.
They had already been offering takeout, but it seems takeout orders have been increasing recently.
The owner also runs a yakiniku restaurant, so we wanted to try these signature burgers again.
“CS BURGER” Food
This time, we went with the “Cheeseburger” (1,180 yen).
For takeout, you can add fries and a drink for an extra 200 yen.
Here is the bacon cheeseburger.
It comes with a bun, patty, lettuce, tomato, thick-cut bacon, and cheese.
Press it down from the outside of the wrapper before digging in.
First of all, the bun is wonderfully chewy and substantial, and the patty is very juicy.
The thick-cut bacon also adds a really nice flavor.
The bacon has a strong taste, but somehow it brings out the deliciousness of the patty really well.
The fries in the set are cut fairly large and fried thoroughly, giving them a crispy outside and a fluffy inside.
