There’s a monument like this in the plaza on the north side of Hanshin Kusugawa Station.

It’s in a spot many people don’t pass by very often, so quite a few of you may not have known about it.
You can also see it from inside the Hanshin train.

This is what it looks like from behind.

The monument is called “Cooperation” and appears to have been built by Hyogo Prefecture in Showa 61 (1986), but we couldn’t find out much more than that.
It has quite a distinctive atmosphere, so if you have some time, why not stop by and take a closer look?
