“Tinker(ティンカー)”’s “Khao Man Gai Bento” and “Fresh Spring Rolls”
Khao Man Gai Bento ¥800 (tax not included)
Here’s what comes in the bento:
Khao Man Gai: Steamed chicken thigh served with sauce on the side. This sauce is so Asian! It’s the kind of flavor that would go great with both drinks and rice!
Mini Gapao Rice: Literally translated, it’s something like rice topped with chicken stir-fried with basil. In Thailand, it’s about as common as curry rice is in Japan, and it had a nice spicy kick (^O^)／
Fresh Spring Roll: The one in the bento was a fresh spring roll with octopus and mizuna.
Visible behind the fresh spring roll ishomemade namasu: The daikon and carrot namasu helped reset the spicy kick ^ – ^
Two side dishes: The Asian side dishes were one that felt like an Asian-style omelet, and another stir-fried-style dish.

You can choose from 9 kinds of fresh spring rolls and 10 kinds of sauces (^ ^)
On this day, at the owner’s recommendation, I had the duck fresh spring roll and the potato salad fresh spring roll! I also had them choose the recommended sauces (^O^)／
The wrappers were pleasantly chewy, and the fillings and sauces paired perfectly.
