The main person featured in the episode was Komatsu-san, a groundskeeper in his sixth year working for Hanshin Engei.

Koshien Stadium is the only home stadium of a professional baseball team with a dirt infield,

and Hanshin Engei has been maintaining that Koshien Stadium field for more than half a century〜😆Amazing!!

There are 15 groundskeepers in total. During games, it was impressive to see them watching the TV in the standby area beside the field, carefully checking the condition of the dirt😊

There’s also an employee cafeteria inside the stadium, and apparently staff can eat lunch there as part of their benefits. Komatsu-san chose the “large katsu curry” at the restaurant (probably docomo lounge koshien. Sorry if that’s wrong)〜. The photo shows regular-size Koshien Curry without katsu
