It appears to be a cafe serving baby castella made with gluten-free rice flour, as well as smoothies from “F&P,” a specialty smoothie shop based in Aoyama, Tokyo🥤

Final Thoughts
The cafe reportedly offers a menu made with body-friendly ingredients. I looked into the smoothie brand “F&P” and found that they use no preservatives or artificial coloring, and have been featured on many media outlets including “ZIP!” and “Ousama no Brunch”😃 If you’re curious, why not stop by?
