It looks like a specialty baby castella shop called “金のたま” is opening in Imazu.

It says the shop will open inside a commercial facility near Imazu Station🙌
Opening in late January to early February.
Based on the work location address, it seems like it might be opening in Ekima Imazu. The part about it being an 11-minute walk from Imazu Station is a little odd, but since the address is Ekima, I think that’s probably right.

Unit “F” (where 韓味楽 used to be) is vacant, but compared with the likely size of the shop, it feels like it might be a bit spacious. The exact location hasn’t been announced yet, so it’ll be interesting to see where it opens😃Also, I wonder what happened with “や台ずし”?

“金のたま” has its main shop near Nishi-Futami Station in Akashi. In addition to classic plain baby castella, they also seem to sell baby castella fondue in a variety of flavors, plus drinks like frappes.

Finally
Baby castella fondue sounds pretty unusual and definitely makes you want to try it. They even have parfaits and frappes, and the wide variety of flavors for each item is another nice point. The shop is scheduled to open in late January to early February.
