The former Nogami site might become a 【ramen shop】? Yuji Sakagami(the founder of Nogami) posted something along those lines in his Stories. It might be something else, so I can’t say for sure, but…

When I passed by the place where Nogami used to be on 10/10, there was a signboard for 【roasted sweet potatoes】 inside! Could it possibly be a roasted sweet potato shop?
The mystery only deepens…
We can’t say anything definite at this point, but it’s true that the founder of Nogami has worked on all of the following:
- Premium bread specialty shop “Nogami”→bread
- Baked sweets specialty shop “Kosaka”→baked sweets
- Premium sweet potato sweets “Shimizu”→sweet potato sweets
- Fresh wonton ramen specialty shop “Akakimidori”→ramen
He’s been involved in all of them〜〜！🙌
So maybe, in addition to bread and baked sweets, they might also sell roasted sweet potatoes and ramen too…??*This is purely speculation, so it may turn out to be different〜〜

That said, the main items seem to be “bread and baked sweets,” so if it’s a bakery handled by the founder of Nogami, the taste is likely to be a sure thing♪ Can’t wait〜😆 It looks like the shop name hasn’t been announced yet, so we’ll be keeping an eye on what happens next. We’ll let you know when we find out more〜. The opening date is Friday, November 1.
