Affordable and Filling Pasta Lunch at Spanish Bar Pulpo! Delicious! [Nishitsu Gourmet]

Introducing restaurants visited by Nishitsu’s gourmet writer in our “Nishitsu Gourmet” series.

This time, we went to a place near Hankyu Shukugawa, just a little farther west past Shukugawa Church:

スペインバルPulpo（プルポ）!

What we had was the lunch menu’s “Pasta Set（1,500円税込）”!

The restaurant is located west of Hankyu Shukugawa Station, farther west past Shukugawa Church, next to スタジオヌーブ.

It’s a really lovely place, and Pulpo（プルポ） is on the second floor!

Pulpo（プルポ） is a new restaurant that opened on November 14, 2018, and in addition to lunch, you can also enjoy dinner there♪

The lunch menu we had this time was a pasta set that comes with salad, soup, bread, and a drink, and you can choose any pasta from the menu♪

This is the “Tomato and Mozzarella with Basil Sauce”!

The salad in the set came with a dressing made with corn, and it was so good♡

You don’t see many restaurants using corn in their dressing, and even if you’re not a big fan of salad, this dressing makes it easy to finish in no time♪

The pasta’s noodles were on the thicker side, with a springy, chewy texture. The aroma of basil really whetted my appetite, and I finished it before I knew it (つ♡∀♡///⊂)

The staff timed it so they brought out the “pasta and bread” right after I finished the salad, so it felt like enjoying a little course meal♪

And here’s the “Lemon Syrup Soda” I had after the meal ↑

It had a clear lemon flavor, and the balance was not too sour and not too sweet, which was just perfect. It was delicious♡

With this much volume and such great taste, the price being “1500円（税込）” is almost too reasonable… I was so happy!

I want to go again♪
