It was so cold that even the Shukugawa River froze over!!
The north side of the Shukugawa River near Ashihara Bridge was frozen.

People out for a morning walk were also surprised to see the frozen Shukugawa River, saying, “I’ve never seen anything like this before!”
North of Rinko Line, the area where the river meets the sea also looked kind of crunchy with ice.
