Motosue Delayed Its Opening and Gave Away Free Tamago Pan

The opening date for the egg specialty shop “本巣ヱ,” which had been scheduled to open on Monday, January 18, has been postponed.

What is this texture? I really want to describe it somehow. There’s a cake kind of like this, right?

I feel like I’ve had something like this before, what was it… maybe like soufflé cheesecake

The Nishitsu members’ take was that “soufflé cheesecake is the closest.”
