I went to see what it was like when the “McDonald’s” near Shukugawa Station closed.
This was around 4 p.m. A look at McDonald’s from the Shukugawa Station side.

The address is 10-5 Hagoromocho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.
At first glance, it didn’t seem especially crowded.
Maybe they had sold out, but the Big Mac, Teriyaki McBurger, and Teriyaki Chicken Filet-O were temporarily unavailable.
But when I went up to the second floor, it was full.
Most of the customers were young, around student age, and nearly all 52 seats were taken.
So I had no choice but to get takeout.
Everyone’s favorite McDonald’s fries.
The hamburger, which once went as low as 59 yen at its cheapest.It’s 170 yen now
A cheeseburger. You can’t buy one in Shukugawa anymore.
It said that business would end at 19:00 on Tuesday, December 26.
I went to take another look at around 6:50 p.m.
There were people here and there around the store.
I went to check the second floor too, and it was packed.
More and more people were showing up.
They just kept gathering.
The customers who had been eating inside all came out at once too, and the area around the store turned into quite a scene.
When I looked back,
People had also gathered on the Shukugawa pedestrian bridge to watch McDonald’s final moments.There were relatively many young people. Maybe around high school age
The staff were also filming this final scene.
At the end, the store manager gave a farewell greeting.
