A three-story medical building called “TH 医療ビル苦楽園” has been built in Minami-Koshikiiwacho along Koshikiiwa-dori, about a 2-minute walk from Hankyu Kurakuenguchi Station. The opening date has not yet been announced.

Area Around “TH 医療ビル苦楽園”
There is a Times parking lot across the street.
If you go this way, you’ll find the coffee shop ミドリ, leading toward Kurakuenguchi-dori.
Keep going straight and you’ll find ミッシェルバッハ and エルベラン, then Hankyu Shukugawa Station.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll come out onto Kita-Shukugawa-dori. Keep going straight and you’ll find 三本松ぱん.
Opening Date Unknown
The opening date has not been announced yet, but it looks like the first floor will have a dispensing pharmacy and an otolaryngology clinic, while the second floor will have dermatology and plastic surgery clinics.
Finally
The building appears to be almost complete, so it may open soon.
It’s close to Kurakuenguchi Station, and with a Times parking lot right in front, it should be easy to visit by car as well.
I’m curious to see what kind of clinic will move into the third floor.
