Nishinomiya-KitaguchiStation nearby in Kofuen, at the ramen specialty shop “麺処 彩,” we heard they recently started serving the trendy Korean hot pot dish “Dakhanmari,” so
Shachomi went to try it~~!
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 1F Assist Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Building, 1-10-3 Kofuen, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.
“Saifu Dakhanmari” at “麺処 彩”

Saifu Dakhanmari ¥3,200(tax included)/per person
※120-minute seating limit, reservation required by the day before, reservations available for parties of 2 or more, drinks charged separately
The photo shows a serving for 2 people~. You can also make it an all-you-can-drink course~. ¥4,980(tax included) ※90-minute drink limit
There’s chicken, enoki mushrooms, green onions, and potatoes in generous amounts.
By the way, dakhanmari is usually simmered in a soup similar to mizutaki,
but at 麺処 彩, they use the soup from their signature ramen “Chintan Soba Shio(clear salt ramen)”~!
Dakhanmari simmered in a clear soup packed with chicken umami, made with no chemical seasonings or additives.
A dish you can only taste here!
Also, in Korea they apparently boldly put a whole chicken into the pot, but at 麺処 彩 it’s cut into easy-to-eat pieces. That thoughtful touch is so nice~
The set also comes with tteokbokki to add into the pot partway through,
and a three-item chicken assortment(2 pieces of fried chicken, steamed chicken, and chicken skin with ponzu)~
Dakhanmari is served in a style where you dip the hot pot ingredients into a dipping sauce.
First, we make that dipping sauce while checking the instructions~!
Mix together the table seasonings: tategi(a spicy seasoning often used in Korean cooking), garlic chive soy sauce, honey mustard, and vinegar~
It looks like this↓

They said if you like it spicy, adding extra tategi is recommended, so I put in plenty~
Oooh, it’s starting to look good~~
Skimming off the foam as needed~
Done~~!!
Let’s dig in~~!!
Look~~! This hearty thickness. A hunk of meat.
Dip it into the dipping sauce we made earlier~
No doubt about it. It’s delicious before you even eat it.
Tender, springy, and juicy~. That feeling of biting into a mouthful of meat is irresistible.
With a sauce that has the perfect balance of spice, sweetness, and tanginess, it’s super satisfying.
The enoki mushrooms soaked with soup cling beautifully to the sauce~. With every bite, the gentle dashi goes pshht.
