The last shop we’re introducing is,

“おぼん食堂 16 CASA (Ansis Casa)”, which opened this spring~

Whoa~~ it’s so gorgeous! How many ingredients are they using here?

First, before the meal, there’s “green juice.” The sweetness of banana and apple, plus the fresh taste of komatsuna and spinach, is just the best~! Apparently the juice color changes depending on the day

Look~! This “steamed vegetables in a seiro basket”.
There are so many kinds: broccoli, baby corn, snow peas, Chinese cabbage, paprika, seasonal pumpkin, sweet potato, and koshin daikon radish. The photo shows them before steaming

Add beni-oroshi grated radish to the yuzu ponzu, and let’s dig in~!

That refreshing taste is irresistible. The vegetables have a solid sweetness. This is the kind of thing you just keep eating~!

The umami is packed in tightly, and it’s delicious even just as it is. Getting this much satisfaction from simply steaming them is impressive.

This is “aioli sauce.” It seems to be made by combining mayonnaise, garlic, fresh cream, and cumin. The spice you find in curry

There’s a gentle hint of spice inside the creaminess. I love this. Cumin is great!!!!!!! I need to keep cumin seasoning at home!

The main dish, “Grilled Yume no Daichi Pork Shoulder Loin.” So stylish and refined, it really is like a work of art.

The juicy pork has an irresistible bite, too. It’s a fig and balsamic sauce, and somehow it has this mysterious flavor where meat and fruit unexpectedly come together. But it works!! What is this~

Autumn flavors like lotus root, maitake mushrooms, and pumpkin are all here. The pink pepper(top right in the photo) has an aroma-like fragrance and feels elegant~. “Elegant” isn’t something you usually say about flavor, but you’ll understand once you try it

Each and every item is so incredibly carefully prepared~!

The rice is sixteen-grain rice. So chewy~
The small side dish changes depending on the day, and this one is “bettara-zuke pickles.” It’s light and perfect as a palate cleanser.

This isn’t your ordinary potato salad. Cheddar cheese
