It looks like a “motsunabe specialty restaurant” will be opening at the former Nikujiru Gyoza no Dandadan site in Ikeda-cho along National Route 2.
(Thanks to Gomame-san for the tip.)
Here it is↓

It seems that the motsunabe specialty restaurant “Hakata-ryu Jinya(Jinya),” currently located along Fudabasuji Line near Hanshin Nishinomiya Station, will be relocating here😃
Here is “Hakata-ryu Jinya”↓

The current location will be open until Saturday, June 21, and the new location is scheduled to open at the end of June.
The new location is here↓
The address is 7-4 Ikeda-cho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture, 1st floor of Nishinomiya Sky Heights. This is where “Nikujiru Gyoza no Dandadan” used to be.
Area Around the New “Hakata-ryu Jinya” Location

Across the street, you’ll find Nishinomiya Niku Gekijo and the Nishinomiya Regional Wholesale Market.

If you head this way, there are places like Maido Ookini Shokudo, au Shop Nishinomiya, Kaisen Yatai Okuman, and Torikizoku.

If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find Dashi Menya Nishino Aya, Tinker, DURA麺TE, and CoCo Ichibanya, leading toward the JR Nishinomiya Station intersection.
Final Thoughts
At the current restaurant, you can apparently enjoy not only their popular motsunabe, but also Kyushu-related dishes such as grilled offal, horse sashimi, and gyoza made with Kurobuta pork. The interior also seems to have lots of Hanshin Tigers player autographs on display. There don’t seem to be many places near JR Nishinomiya Station where you can eat motsunabe, so some people may be happy to see this opening😄
