The closures appear to be related to expansion work on the “Ginsan” roof over the stadium’s infield seats.
Overall Schedule for the Ginsan Roof Expansion Work
The work will be carried out in four phases and proceed during the professional baseball off-season

This time, STEP 1, the foundation work, will be carried out. Completion is scheduled for 2028. Since the work is only done during the off-season, it will take quite a while.

South Side / Upper Right Side
Scheduled road closure dates
October 3 – 14, 2025 (around the left-field side / third-base side)
October 21 – 27, 2025 (also on the third-base side)
November 3, 2025 – March 5, 2026 (left-field side / first-base side)

Lastly
The period from November 2025 to March of the following year is fairly long, so if you usually pass through the stadium area to get to Corowa or the station, please take note.
