It looks like “Uyama Eye Clinic” in Toda-cho along the Fudabasuji Line will close at the end of October.

The clinic appears to be closing due to the director’s health.
Consultations and prescriptions have apparently already ended, and information about patients’ past treatment history and medications can be picked up at the reception desk on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays through the end of October.

Nearby “Uyama Eye Clinic”
Across the street is Olive Pharmacy.
If you go this way, you’ll find Ramen Kobo Ichi Nii San and the soon-to-open Yakitori Toriyo, among other places.
Going in the opposite direction takes you right out onto Fudabasuji.
By the way, there’s also a door on the Fudabasuji side. This seems to be the main entrance.

For those who have been going there, this sudden news may come as a surprise. We hope the clinic director takes it easy and gets plenty of rest.
