It seems they mainly plan to sell online, and today marks the start of sales at the physical shop.
In October, it looks like they’ll only be open for two days, 10/24 (Fri) and 25 (Sat), with about four business days planned for November. Their hours appear to be 11:00 to 17:00.

A small baked sweets shop in a residential neighborhood. The shop also has an Instagram.
