To help Hyogo Prefecture residents struggling with prolonged rising prices, premium digital vouchers will be on sale again this year.
This time, the premium rate has been increased from the previous 25% to 50% — that’s double! You can save up to 10,000 yen! 🙌

- Purchase limit: Up to 4 units per person
*If applications exceed the budget, the number of units per person may be adjusted by lottery (e.g., 4 units → 3 units) - Benefit: Get 7,500 yen worth for just 5,000 yen (50% premium rate)

- Purchase period (charge period): April 24 (Fri) 0:00 AM – June 30 (Tue) 11:59 PM
- Usage period: April 24 (Fri) 0:00 AM – July 31 (Fri) 11:59 PM
- How to apply: Apply through the “Habatan Pay+” app starting March 18

Where You Can Use It
Supermarkets, convenience stores, drugstores, electronics retailers, shopping district stores, restaurants, farm-direct shops, and more throughout Hyogo Prefecture.
In Nishinomiya alone, you can use it at over 1,000 participating stores*!
*This is the number of participating stores from Habatan Pay+ Round 4. The number may vary slightly for Round 5.

Final Thoughts
Previous rounds of “Habatan Pay+” (Rounds 1–4) had a standard premium rate of 25%. While there was a 50% rate for households with children in the past, this is the first time the 50% rate applies to the general public across the board. Way to go, Hyogo Prefecture! 🤩 With prices going up on everything these days, this is really a welcome help!
