It looks like a shop called “BREAK TIME（ブレイクタイム）” on the north side of the station will be relocating here.
According to the notice posted there, it is scheduled to open in May.
Area Around “BREAK TIME（ブレイクタイム）”
It’s just inside Honwaka Shopping Street, on the south side of Koshienguchi Station.
Here’s the view across the street.
Across the street is “ヌーベル甲子園口.”

If you go straight, you’ll reach the Muko River.
