At “Delhi Kitchen” on the 1st floor of ACTA Nishinomiya West Wing in Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi, I got some authentic Indian food to go (*^^)v
It’s on the 1st floor of ACTA, but not in the area where the restaurants are lined up. From McDonald’s, go down the escalator, exit on the right, and it’s next to the motorcycle shop ← it’s a little hard to find ^^;
Everything on the menu is available for takeout, so I picked some dinner-time items that you can’t have at lunch(^^♪
Food from “Delhi Kitchen”

Here’s what the takeout looked like! The curry comes in a container that’s hard to spill from It tilted a little while I was riding my bike, but it didn’t spill(^^)v
The freshly baked naan and meat were wrapped in aluminum foil, so they were still warm when I got home!

Butter Chicken Curry ¥1100 tax included… A curry based on butter, tomato, and cashew nuts. It’s rich, not too spicy, and on the sweeter side. The chicken tasted like the curry flavor had soaked right in.
There are around 15 kinds of curry, with plenty of options like chicken, seafood, and vegetables. You can talk with the staff about the spice level and flavor before choosing(^^)v

Chana Chaat ¥500 tax included… A salad of chickpeas, tomatoes, and cucumber tossed in a spicy dressing.
The moment I opened the lid, it felt totally Indian(^^)v From the aroma alone, it was super, super spicy!!! The heat was max level too This is just my personal take, but it felt like shichimi pepper wouldn’t stand a chance! It may be too much for kids, but if you like spicy food, it might be just right
It’s called a salad, but since it’s more like a dressed dish and releases moisture, they told me it isn’t really suited for takeout. But when they said people who like it get it to go every time, I decided to take it home.
Even after bringing it home, the cucumber still had a nice crunch.

Garlic Cheese Naan ¥600 tax included… Naan stuffed with garlic and cheese. Regular naan is delicious too, but garlic and cheese go so well with curry, so I chose this one! Just as I expected, it was amazing with the curry! It also went well with the spicy Chana Chaat and the chicken! If it cools down a bit on the way home and the cheese loses that melty feel, warming it up might be a good idea.

Chicken Tikka ¥1000 tax included… Grilled boneless chicken marinated in spices. It has a different flavor from tandoori chicken, and it felt like the curry spices had really soaked into the chicken.

Murgh Malai ¥1200 tax included… Mild grilled boneless chicken. Compared with the spicy Chicken Tikka, this one is truly mild enough even for kids to eat, but it’s still well seasoned.
★ Chicken Tikka and Murgh Malai each come with 4–5 pieces.

With takeout, you can plate your dinner at home however you like(*^^)v
The aroma was irresistible, so I even prepared a highball~ I don’t really know why, but cheers~(#^.^#)
When I plated the food I bought like this, it made enough for two plates. So if you eat it alone, you’ll end up extremely full ^^;
The spicy Chana Chaat also makes you want to drink.

Lastly
This shop has been serving authentic Indian cuisine in ACTA for 16 years, since back when there still weren’t many Indian restaurants in Nishinomiya. I’ve been a fan since they first opened(#^.^#)
If you don’t want to wait for your takeout order, it’s best to call before visiting!(^^)!
This time, I looked over the menu and decided while talking with the staff. They kindly explained all sorts of things.
Since you have the chance, how about taking home some authentic Indian food that you can’t make at home!(^^)!
