We’ve covered it before on Nishitsu, but you can also get hamburgers at “Ohana,” a Hawaiian bar along Route 2.

We tried the “Loco Moco Set” at “Ohana” in Sanzosho-cho, Nishinomiya! [Nishitsu Gourmet]
The hamburgers at “Ohana”
This place is mainly a teppanyaki-style bar, but apparently its hamburgers are the second most popular item after the “harami steak.”

The “Basic Burger (790 yen)” is a simple burger with a bun, patty, and lettuce. You can add toppings such as avocado, fried egg, onion, cheese, and bacon.
This time, I tried the “Bacon Egg Burger Set (990 yen),” topped with a fried egg and bacon.

It’s a 990 yen set that comes with a bacon egg burger, fries, and a drink after the meal.
The shop originally specialized in hamburg steak, but they apparently started serving hamburgers after customers said, “We want you to make a hamburger with this hamburg steak.”
Since it used to be a hamburg steak specialty shop, the patty is, of course, reliably delicious.
The seasoning and doneness really let you enjoy the full flavor of the meat.
I think meat lovers will be satisfied too.
The patty and fried egg are cooked, of course, but the bun and bacon are also heated, and perhaps because this is a teppanyaki restaurant, each one was cooked just right.
It really feels like a hamburger you can only get from a teppanyaki specialty shop.
By the way, they also serve pancakes during lunchtime only.
