Nishinomiya has a working adult American football team called the “Nishinomiya Bruins.”
The Nishinomiya Bruins are apparently inviting 100 Nishinomiya residents to attend their official X-League game, “Nishinomiya Bruins VS Hawkeye,” on October 22 (Tue., national holiday) for free as part of “Nishinomiya Citizens Cheering Day.”
They held “Nishinomiya Citizens Cheering Day” last year as well, and it was so well received that they decided to do it again this year.
What’s more, this year they’ll also be handing out guidebooks and providing live game commentary through earphones for beginners.
Whether you’re an American football fan or completely new to the sport, this is a great chance to watch a game!!
The Bruins also have cheerleaders, so the cheerleading is another highlight to look forward to.
