It looks like baby rays were swimming in the Shukugawa River on September 24.

You can see three rays in this photo alone.
On the map, it’s here↓
The address is around 9 Kawazoecho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo 662-0944.

They seem to have been around Ashihara Bridge.

If you look closely, there are lots of little rays, aren’t there?

That is definitely a ray. The tail looks like it could sting you, which is pretty distinctive.
Finally
In June, two adult rays were swimming in the Shinkawa River. It feels like there have been a lot of rays this year. Apparently, they become more active in summer and enter rivers in search of food, but I wonder what it means when baby rays come in too.
