There’s a Western-style pastry shop called “彩（いろどり）” in the Koshienguchi Shopping Street.
It’s a new shop that opened in January this year.
They’ll also be taking part in this “Koshienguchi Bar & Marche,” and of course, this will be their first time participating.

All of their fresh pastries and baked sweets are made in-house.
First, the fresh pastries↓
Looks like they were featured on Kansai TV’s “Yo-i Don,” too.
Their “Tiramisu Pudding,” which was featured on TV, is apparently especially popular.
It’s a tiramisu made with carefully selected coffee beans, and they’re particular about the ingredients in their other items as well: fresh cream from Hokkaido, domestically produced flour, Yotsuba butter, and more.

Usually, baked sweets are often made by mixing processed fats such as margarine or shortening with butter.
Making baked sweets with only butter is genuinely difficult: the cost is higher, and it’s harder to work with.
Of course, butter gives a richer taste and aroma, so baked sweets made with 100% butter really do have that much more value.

They also have wrapping samples on display.
Right now, they’re Halloween-themed.

The staff were all easy to talk to, so I think you can feel free to ask them about what you’d like.
