It’s located next to the bicycle parking area at Gourmet City in Imazu.

Incidentally, in 2022, the lottery ticket booth that used to be in front of Daiei at Hanshin Nishinomiya also closed. I’ve heard that lottery ticket sales have been declining year by year recently, so maybe the number of booths is decreasing along with that.
