There’s a big sign that says “Coin Laundry,” but underneath it says… “Rice Polishing Station”?
What exactly is going on here?
Is it a coin laundry, or a rice polishing station…

Nishikita Group “Coin Laundry” and “Rice Polishing Station”
When you get closer, it does seem to be a coin laundry…
But when you look at the building on the other side, there’s another coin laundry there too, and for some reason a rice polishing station right next to it.
You can polish your rice while doing your laundry!
It’s a pretty serious rice polishing machine area.
Apparently machines No. 1 and No. 2 are high-speed machines.
You can take home the rice bran produced during polishing.
For some reason, there was an engine on display out front…
You can also wash your car in the parking lot.
Both the “coin laundry” and “rice polishing machines” are open 24 hours.
It’s a fairly large coin laundry, and being open 24 hours is definitely convenient.

There was also this facility next to the coin laundry.

Believe it or not, it’s a facility with an artificial wall for rock climbing.
So while you’re there doing laundry, you can also polish rice and practice rock climbing.
