Access
- Hanshin Bus: Take the Nishinomiya Yamate Line or Jūrinji Line and get off at the “Manchidani” bus stop, then walk about 2 minutes.
- Hankyu Railway: Get off at Kurakuenguchi Station on the Hankyu Koyo Line, then walk about 10 minutes.
*There is no parking lot at the water purification plant, so please use public transportation.

- Eating and drinking, bringing bicycles or cars onto the grounds, and bringing pets are prohibited inside the water purification plant.
- Please take your trash home with you.

Since the cherry blossoms bloomed later than usual this year, the event periods were probably extended. Weekends get crowded, so it might be a good idea to go on a different day. That said, Monday looks like rain, so Tuesday or later may be best.
