There is a cake shop called “PÂTISSIER TOSHIHIRO TADANO（パティシエ トシヒロ タダノ）” in Futamicho along the Yamate Kansen road.
The chef here, Mr. Tadano, was actually my senior back when I worked as a pâtissier.
It’s a little ways from Koshienguchi Station, but this shop also takes part in the “Koshienguchi Bar & Marché” every year.
They will also have a booth at the “Nishinomiya Western Confectionery Garden Party,” which takes place two days after the bar event.
So, despite their busy schedule, I stopped by the shop again~

The shop is located in Futamicho along the Yamate Kansen road.
It’s just a little past Koshien Gakuin.

Only some of them are shown in the photos, but they have a great selection of baked sweets too.
Everything is baked in the shop’s own oven.

There are so many kinds of candles these days.
Next to the candles, there’s something that looks like a trophy…
This is a trophy from the Hyogo Western Confectionery Association’s Christmas Cake Contest.
It has Chef Tadano’s name from his time at Edelweiss.
Chef Tadano is actually an incredible pâtissier who has won awards many times in numerous Western confectionery competitions.
I also used to practice by studying Chef Tadano’s creations as examples.
