A kushikatsu specialty restaurant called “まるひな” has opened along National Route 2 in Kamikoshien 1-chome.

The address is 1F Kamikoshien Heights, 1-1-11 Kamikoshien, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture.So many “1”s in the address! Amazing😆

If you head this way, you’ll find Summit used car dealership, Yakiniku One Karubi, Ministop, and more nearby, leading toward Hanshin-Kokudo Station.

If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find Eco Ring, JOYFIT24, Shin-Utsubo Park, Kagonoya, and more nearby, leading toward Amagasaki.

It looks like you can enjoy all kinds of kushikatsu, from individual skewers to sets. They say everything is fried using only vegetable oil.

They even seem to have dessert skewers and skewer sets for kids〜😋

They also have a nice variety of alcoholic drinks, including beer, highballs, sours, shochu, wine, and sake〜

Inside, there are apparently table seats and Japanese-style floor seating.

For the time being, payment is “cash only.” It seems they plan to support cashless payments eventually〜

Final Thoughts

A little removed from the Koshienguchi Honwaka Shopping Street, this looks like it could become a hidden-gem kushikatsu spot♪ They’ve also launched an official Instagram, where they’ll be sharing shop updates, so be sure to check it out😉 Right now, they’re also offering a special new-opening set where you can get “8 freshly fried kushikatsu skewers for 1,800 yen,” so if you’re interested, definitely stop by〜!
