The address is 1-35 Wajocho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture. This used to be the “MUFG Bank Nishinomiya Branch.” It has been relocated and integrated into the Gardens Gate Building.

Across the street is Chidoriya Soke.
If you go this way, you’ll find Banshu Shinkin Bank and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, leading toward National Route 2.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll pass Jankara, Poppoya, and then go under the Hanshin Railway elevated tracks toward National Route 43.
From the looks of it, they seem to be using the previous building as-is. With interior work and some light exterior construction, the construction period may wrap up relatively quickly.

We received the latest photos from reader Shukugawa Marron.
It’s coming along quite a bit. Glass-fronted.
Construction is steadily moving forward. Since it’s glass-fronted, it looks like we’ll be able to see day by day how far along it is.
Finally
In our previous article, there was talk that it might open around November, but it looks like the opening may happen sooner than expected. The Hanshin Nishinomiya area seems set to become more and more convenient as redevelopment moves toward completion in 2030, so it’s already exciting to see what’s coming😍
