“I spotted a stylish garbage box near JR Nishinomiya Station, and…”
…was the phone call that came into the Nishitsuu editorial office. The caller was a building owner who manages an apartment complex in Nishinomiya.
At my apartment building, we’ve been using anti-crow netting over the garbage area, but lately a huge number of crows have been showing up and making a total mess.

The netting gets all tangled up, crows keep coming, and trash gets scattered everywhere… That’s when I found this incredibly stylish garbage box near the red-paved path by JR Nishinomiya Station.
I’d love to get one installed, but I don’t know the name or the manufacturer.
Please, Nishitsuu Detective, find out what it is!
There’s no way I’m standing by while our beloved Nishinomiya becomes a crow-infested garbage city!
And so,
Nishitsuu Detective Shachobi headed out to investigate!
Here we are on the sidewalk across Route 2 from JR Nishinomiya Station.
It’s supposedly somewhere along the diagonal red-paved path, but…

And just like that — found it! This has gotta be it, right?

What Dust Pon pointed to was this box.
“That’s the one. Its name is ‘Dust Pon.'”
Shachobi: “Wait?? You have the same name as the garbage box??? Seriously~~?“
And it’s actually right!
Does It Really Not Look Like a Garbage Area?
Now that we know the name is Dust Pon, we still need to do a proper investigation.
For a garbage box, it’s incredibly clean. It really is stylish.
