A new tower condo may be built in Takamatsucho along Yamate Kansen Completion set for 2030

A new tower condominium appears to be planned in Takamatsu-cho along the Yamate Kansen road.

It’s about a 5-minute walk from Hankyu Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station〜

Area around the “tower condominium coming to Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi”

Across the street are places like ひばり珈琲, 8×8 STORE., and EcoRing.

If you head east of the site, you’ll find the Hyogo Performing Arts Center, Prela Nishinomiya, Nadeshiko Building, FamilyMart, and the rotary in front of Hankyu Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station.

To the east, passing under the elevated Hankyu Imazu Line, are Hyogo Driving School and Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens.

To the west are Super OK, EDION, Life, Shinmei Hachiman Shrine, and more.

Overview of the tower condominium

It will have 25 floors above ground and stand about 98 meters tall. In terms of scale, it looks like it would be a mid-sized tower condominium〜. The plan appears to include a total of 61 units, with retail space as well. Parking for about 43 vehicles is also planned.

Construction is scheduled to begin around September 2026, with completion planned for around March 2030.

The site is located with roads on three sides.

There are currently several coin-operated parking lots here, so they’ll probably be closed one by one as construction approaches〜

Looking at it like this, the site is pretty spacious〜. By the way, the developer is Hankyu Hanshin Properties. Maybe it’ll become part of the “Geo” condominium brand series?🤔There’s already “Geo Tower Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi” very close by, so if that happens, I wonder what the name will be. Kind of curious

Finally

In Nishinomiya, tower condominium projects are currently also planned in front of JR Nishinomiya Station (35 stories) and Hanshin Nishinomiya Station (around 40 stories). This Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi project is a little more compact than those, but it still looks like it will have a strong presence. The scenery around here may change quite a bit too〜
