We did a hamburger feature in Nishinomiya quite a while back, but after a long time, we’ve discovered a new spot.
It turns out you can also get hamburgers at “AQUA,” a café restaurant with two locations in Nishinomiya.
This time, we visited “AQUA Main Store,” located along Route 43.

Café Restaurant “AQUA Main Store” Hamburger
They have several types of hamburgers, and this time we went with the “L.A. BURGER” (¥1,280).
It’s a burger with a meat patty, roasted onions, lettuce, and tomato.
You can also add various toppings for +¥100 each, so we added bacon and cheddar cheese.
The sauce is a teriyaki mayonnaise, but it’s not overly strong — this is a burger that really lets the ingredients shine.
The bacon topping in particular is thick-cut and packed with flavor, so we highly recommend it. It would go well with any of their burgers.
The vegetables aren’t just fresh — the onions are roasted to bring out their sweetness.
The overall balance of bun, patty, and vegetables was perfect, making for a truly delicious burger.
After the meal, we had a hot coffee (+¥300).
The cup has AQUA’s original design.
