Construction of the “Grave of the Fireflies Monument,” which had been planned since last year, appears to be nearing completion.

The site is around here, just beyond the “Nishinomiya City Victims Memorial Monument.”
The monument itself is already complete, and work is now underway to prepare the surrounding area.
The unveiling ceremony is scheduled for June 7.
