There is a Chinese restaurant called “夜来香（イエライシャン）” at the intersection of National Route 2 and the Nakatsuhama Line.
It’s a place where you can enjoy a wide range of Chinese dishes, but its signature items are probably the champon and sara udon.
This time, we got the “sara udon” for takeout.

“夜来香（イエライシャン）” Food
This time, we bought the “Beef Sara Udon (Sichuan-style)” (980 yen).
As you can see, they pack the noodles and the sauce separately, so even as takeout, you can still enjoy the crispy texture of the noodles.
This is the sauce.
It contains vegetables such as onions, carrots, and bean sprouts, along with plenty of beef.
Since it’s Sichuan-style, it has a spicy kick from chili peppers, so please be careful if you’re ordering it for children.
It’s the kind of seasoning that’s spicy but so tasty you just keep eating.
Since the noodles and sauce are separate, if you’re eating it at home, I think it’s best to transfer it to a large plate, or add the noodles little by little into the sauce as you eat.
Also, it has quite a bit more volume than it looks, and even I was full after eating it.
For women or children, there’s enough that two people could share it (this restaurant’s sara udon is already well known for its large portions).
